Scottsdale, Ariz. (December 16, 2020) — Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Bullhead City, Ariz. is pleased to welcome Erick Womack as the club’s new general manager. Womack will lead all elements of the club from golf operations, agronomy, and sales/marketing to spa and food & beverage operations. Troon Golf, the resort and daily-fee club operations division of Troon, manages the golf, restaurant, spa and club operations at Laughlin Ranch. Womack replaces JC Wright, who was recently named director of club operations at the Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree, Ariz.
Womack has more than 12 years of club operations experience and most recently served as the director of golf at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club, a Troon-managed facility in Brewster, Massachusetts. Prior to Ocean Edge, Womack was the general manager at The Architects Golf Club in Lopatcong, New Jersey. No stranger to Arizona golf, Womack served as head golf professional at El Conquistador Golf and Tennis in Oro Valley, Ariz. for four years, and was an assistant golf professional at Whirlwind Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz. Womack began his career in golf at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Maricopa, Ariz.

Womack is a 2004 graduate of Weber State University, and graduated from the Golf Academy of America in 2005. He became a Class-A member of the PGA of America in 2009.
