On the surface, playing the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am versus the Saudi International seems like a financial no brainer — an $8.7 million purse vs. $5 million. And the winner at Pebble Beach this week will earn $1.566. The game changer, though, is that the players invited to Saudi Arabia will receive, at minimum, a reported $2 million before hitting a tee shot.
