Daniel Brown certainly knows how to make a major debut. The English native opened his first British Open with a 6-under-par 65 at Royal Troon Golf Club on Thursday. Ranked No. 272 in the world, Brown is making his third career PGA Tour and each has started with a 65. He finished T7 at the 2023 ISCO Championship and 61st at last week's Scottish Open.
