FIRST THOUGHT

Only fitting that if Jhonattan Vegas was going to ever win again on the PGA Tour it would come at the 3M Open. The 39-year-old last won at the 2017 RBC Canadian Open — his third PGA Tour victory. Then the drought began, reaching six years, 363 days until Sunday. Vegas, though, nearly won the event in 2021, ultimately finishing second.
