Solheim Cup: U.S. Team Captain Stacy Lewis selects Jennifer Kupcho, Sarah Schmelzel and Lexi Thompson as her captain’s picks for next month's Solheim Cup, to be held Sept. 13-15 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Va. Thompson will represent the U.S. for the seventh consecutive time (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024), while Kupcho is making her third appearance and Schmelzel will join Lauren Coughlin as a U.S. Solheim Cup Team rookie.
