The United States on Sunday won its first Solheim Cup since 2017, a 15.5-12.5 decision at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia. Leading the American charge were Rose Zhang and Megan Khang who went 4-0-0 and 3-0-0, respectively. It was just the second time that a pair of Americans went 3-0-0 or better in one Solheim Cup, joining Dottie Pepper and Brandie Burton who both went 3-0-0 in 1994. Also, Lauren Coughlin (3-0-1) and Andrea Lee (2-0-1) were unbeaten, making it just the second time that the U.S. had that many undefeated players at one Solheim Cup. In 2007, Sherri Steinhauer, Juli Inkster, Stacy Prammanasudh, Paula Creamer and Angela Stanford did not lose a match.
