In 2023, according to the National Golf Foundation, 5.2 million golfers paid for professional instruction for the second successive year. Last year, according to NGF's consumer studies, golfers took nearly 27 million lessons. The 5.2 million figure is 2 million more than the total in 2017.

LIV Golf: Introduces Ilana Finley as the league’s new chief communications officer. In this role, Finley will lead all global communications across LIV Golf, including external and internal communications for the league and its 13 teams, worldwide events for LIV Golf and The International Series, and the organization’s continued growth and impact on and off the golf course.
