FIRST THOUGHT

Golf, according to the National Golf Foundation, has been good in 2021, so there will not be a lump of coal to be found in the industry's stocking. Surveys show that golf gifts will be purchased by 25 million people this holiday season. While females account for 25% of all golfers, they represent 33% of gift-givers. Also, 77 percent of the gift givers are under age 50, a group that makes up 60 percent of the total population.
