If air travel is in your plans for 2022, booking sooner rather later might be advantageous. According to global aviation analytics from Cirium, the airline industry is projected to have a 47% growth in capacity (number of seats flown) in 2022. Such growth could return capacity figures to 2015 levels. Cirium also projects a 36% increase in business travel over 2021.
