Probably not so much, yet the 41-year-old seeks to join them this weekend as the only Englishmen to win the Texas Children's Houston Open. Thursday, playing on a Major Medical Extension, Waring shot a 7-under 63 to take a one-stroke lead — the first time he has held or shared a PGA Tour lead in 26 starts. In his career, Waring has just one top-10 finish — that being a T8 at the 2019 WGC-HSBC Champions.
