The National Golf Foundation recently conducted an interesting and telling survey that analyzed how many phone hours that pro shops totaled over a 12-month period. The results? The NGF estimated that U.S. courses collectively totaled more than 6 million phone hours, equating to over $100 million in staff time when applying conservative wage data.
