There is sure to be a different sort of leaderboard watching this week as 21 of this year's 24 Ryder Cup players are in action at either the PGA Tour's Procore Championship or the European Tour's BMW Championship. At the Wentworth Club in Surrey, England, Ludvig Aberg was sharing the lead at 8 under in a suspended first round. European teammates Matt Fitzpatrick and Justin Rose were at 6 and 5 under, respectively. In Napa, three Americans had also placed themselves in the top 10 — Ben Griffin (T2 / 8 under), Russell Henley (T4 / 7 under) and J.J. Spaun (T7 / 5 under). With the Ryder Cup just two weeks out, there is sure to be a lot more discussion over the coming three days as to who looks to be in form — and who does not.
