All 12 European Ryder Cup players competed in the BMW PGA Championship just a couple of weeks before the Ryder Cup matches outside in Rome. Are they in form? Well, all of them made the cut and seven of them finished in the top 10 — Tyrrell Hatton (T2), Jon Rahm (4), Viktor Hovland (5), Tommy Fleetwood (6), Rory McIlroy (T7), Sepp Straka (T10) and Ludvig Aberg (T10).

KBS: Debuts its KBS Golf X website (KBSGolfX.com), which allows consumers to work one-on-one with a trained KBS fitter and master builder on new equipment builds and retrobuilds for existing clubs. The site also offers golf products and apparel from Jones Golf Bags, Vessel Bags, Mackenzie Golf, Holderness and Bourne, Kjus, Seamus Golf, PRG Golf, and Fore Ewe.

New Jersey Golf Foundation: Charitable arm of the New Jersey Section, PGA of America announced the 17th NJGF Golf Classic hosted at Baltusrol Golf Club on Aug. 14, raised more than $200,000 to support golf programming for youth, military Veterans and individuals with special needs. The signature fundraising event on the Foundation’s annual calendar also honored Leslie Quick III, managing partner of Simon Quick Advisors, as the 2023 Chairman’s Award recipient. The award is given annually to an individual who works to support NJGF programs and initiatives.
