Of the 903 respondents to The First Call | Extra poll question "Which team do you want to win the World Series?", 37% chose the Los Angeles Dodgers, who took a 3-0 Series lead with Monday night's 4-2 win over the New York Yankees. Of the remaining voters, 36% did not care about the outcome and 27% chose the Yankees.

International Golf Federation: Announces a five-year strategic collaboration with Deloitte to enhance the organization’s financial governance in an effort to increase transparency, improve financial efficiency and support the Federation's mission to grow golf worldwide.
LPGA Tour, Hanwha: Announce that the 2025 Hanwha LifePlus International Crown will be held at New Korea Country Club in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, Oct. 23-26. The tournament will feature a prize pool of $2 million, including $500,000 for the winning team. The first three rounds will feature four-ball match play, while the final round will combine singles and foursomes match play to determine the champion. Participating countries and players will be selected based on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.
