Tyler Watts is having a high school senior year to remember. Earlier this fall, the University of Tennessee commit finished T53 at the PGA Tour's Procore Championship amongst a field that included 10 U.S. Ryder Cup members. This week, Watts is playing his second Tour event, the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. He qualified by being the top performer in the 2025 Men’s Elite Amateur Cup, a collective series of seven of the top amateur events contested throughout the summer. Watts is no fluke. He was the youngest to win the 2023 Alabama State Amateur Championship (15), runner-up in the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur and youngest in tournament history to win the 2025 Sunnehana Amateur (17).
