DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Nov. 10, 2025) – The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) announced today that Monica Fee will be joining the organization as Chief Sales and Partnerships Officer, effective January 5, 2026. Fee will oversee the LPGA’s global sales and partnership strategy, driving revenue through official marketing partnerships, tournament title sponsorships, and other commercial assets.
In this role, Fee will report directly to LPGA Commissioner Craig Kessler and join the organization’s Executive Leadership Team.
“Monica brings incredible energy, a ton of passion for golf and leading teams, and a reputation for delivering results,” said Kessler. “As we continue to elevate the LPGA’s commercial momentum and global reach, her vision and track record make her the ideal leader to build meaningful partnerships and unlock new growth for the organization.”
Fee brings nearly two decades of experience leading global sponsorship strategy and driving revenue growth across the sports and entertainment industry. She will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships across key categories, expanding global sponsor investment, and enhancing the value and activation of LPGA sponsorships across official marketing rights, tournament title partnerships, media, hospitality, digital platforms and athlete storytelling. Fee will also lead efforts to deepen relationships with players, partners, tournament operators and key stakeholders while developing innovative approaches to commercial growth.
“The LPGA is at an extraordinary moment in its history — one defined by momentum, purpose and global opportunity,” Fee said. “I’m excited to help shape its next chapter by building partnerships that elevate women’s golf and connect the LPGA’s values with leading brands around the world.”
Previously, Fee spent 15 years at CAA Sports, where she was a senior member of the global property sales group responsible for securing more than $5 billion in sponsorship revenue for premier clients across the global sports and entertainment industry. Most recently, Fee served as senior vice president and head of global partnerships at LIV Golf, where she built and led the league’s commercial enterprise from launch—overseeing global sales, partner management and brand development across international markets.
Recognized by Adweek as one of “The Most Powerful Women in Sports” and in Broadcasting & Cable’s “Women in the Game,” Fee is passionate about using sport as a global platform for equity, innovation and cultural connection—building partnerships that inspire fans and deliver lasting business impact.
