The Hero World Challenge's first-round leaderboard is star-studded with seven players separated by three strokes. Cameron Young is alone in first after an 8-under 64, but Justin Thomas (66), Akshay Bhatia (67), Ludvig Åberg (67), Patrick Cantlay (67), Scottie Scheffler (67) and Sahith Theegala (67) are lurking. But those top pursuers have something that Young does not — a PGA Tour win.
