CBS Sports will launch a new franchise, "Beyond Limits," on Saturday, Sept. 18.
The three-episode series will highlight diverse athletes in sports where they are under-represented. Cameron Champ, 26, a three-time PGA Tour champion, will be one of the featured athletes on the debut show.
Reporter Monica McNutt will discuss Champ's involvement with the Mack Champ Invitational named after his late grandfather, and his scholarship at Prairie View A&M.
Gold medalist water polo player Ashleigh Johnson, fencer Peter Westbrook and snowboarder Zeb Powell will also be featured on the show that will air at 2 p.m. ET.
The second episode will feature professional golfers Mariah Stackhouse and Renee Powell.
All three episodes of the first season will broadcast on CBS and stream live on Paramount+. Additional episodes will air on Saturday, Oct. 9 (2 p.m. ET) and Saturday, Oct. 30 (2 p.m. ET).
