PGA Show Connects announces free golf retail inventory management webinar next Tuesday, July 28

PGA Show Connects, a year-round, interactive virtual community of premium golf industry content, digital business sourcing and professional networking programs, announces the presentation of a free webinar addressing golf retail inventory management on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 2 p.m. (ET).

The “Managing Your Inventory So It Doesn’t Manage You” webinar is presented by Management One and the Association of Golf Merchandisers and features speaker Paul Erickson, a respected retail educator and Management One Director of Marketing and Sales.

Designed for PGA Professionals and golf retailers, this complimentary webinar focuses on inventory as the heart of a golf business, and will identify the connections between SKUs and financial analysis. Starting with the basics, Erickson will share alternative concepts, techniques, and formulas to improve inventory turnover, cash flow, revenue growth and gross margin. PGA Professionals and golf retailers will gain several key takeaways from the webinar including:

· Three key steps to increase inventory sell-throughs and improve sales and cash flow.

· Current promotional techniques to clear inventory with less markdowns and more profit.

Paul Erickson presently serves as VP of Sales with Management One Inc. Based out of Minneapolis, he has served retail clients throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. Widely recognized for his talents as a retail educator, Paul has conducted seminars and workshops to retail trade shows and conferences throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

The July 28 webinar is the first program among the PGA Show Connects twice-monthly series of webinars, which will provide free access to live and on-demand education and insights from industry leaders. Participants will be able to connect directly to webinar speakers with question and answer sessions and real-time polling, accessible on any browser and any device.
