PGA Show Connects announces free Customer-Centric Experiences webinar next Tuesday, Sept. 1

The “Customer-Centric Golf Experiences” webinar features PGA Life Member Cary Cavitt, a respected customer experience educator, author and founder of Service Starts with a Smile Seminars.
