Harmeling, who rolls a SIK JO Series putter, made a 10-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole to force a playoff against Kevin Dougherty and then sealed the victory when he sank a 12-foot birdie putt on the first hole of the playoff.

“It really wasn’t a difficult putt,” Harmeling said. “It was just right outside edge from about 12 feet or so. It was nice that I got to go first. That was huge.”

Harmeling T-2nd in Eagles and T-4th in Putts Per Greens in Regulation for the tournament with a 1.596 average.

“I thought I did a good job of staying hungry,” said Harmeling. “I came out attacking. I definitely wasn’t comfortable coming out here with a one-shot lead. I liked the mindset that I had.”

Harmeling matched the 72-hole scoring record at 21-under 267 in the third edition of the Savannah Golf Championship. The Princeton University grad earned a paycheck for $108,000.00 and moved to No. 32 on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List.

The reason PGA Tour Players have and continue to migrate to SIK putters is because of its patented Descending Loft Face Technology™ also known as (DLT).

There are four planar surfaces that are precision milled on the face of the putter. Each plane descends in loft (4°,3°, 2°, 1°) from the top of the face to the bottom. This creates a more consistent launch angle regardless of whether you add loft or deloft the putter at impact which leads to better distance control and less side spin.

Custom putters from SIK Golf not only ensure individualization, they truly "Change the Way You Roll". It is a literal game-changer for players and duffers alike.
