Real Golf unveils new products at virtual PGA Show

Real Golf Intelligence is the theme behind two new product announcements enabling golfers to book tee times and make recommendations with Alexa

REAL SUGGESTIONS also uses Alexa and provides customers the ability to make suggestions or requests which are routed to your Proshop or designated personnel, such as the Starter, General Manager, Superintendent or Beverage Cart as an email or SMS text. REAL SUGGESTIONS includes a Customer Loyalty Program to reward members and conduct surveys. The REAL SUGGESTIONS program can be implemented for any golf course in less than 48 hours.

REAL TEE TIMES is a complete Tee Time Booking engine with eCommerce for Golf Course websites. With this program using Alexa, Golfers can ask for tee time availability and easily book their desired opening. Users can also reschedule or cancel their reservation.
