Johns Creek, Georgia (May 3, 2021) -- Cliff Drysdale Tennis, a Troon company, has named Michael Holder Head Tennis Professional at The Standard Club. Holder will oversee instruction and programming at the 16-court private club located in Johns Creek, Georgia.
Holder, originally from Horseshoe Bay, Texas, joins The Standard Club with strong background in leading and building tennis programs. Holder most recently served as the Director of Tennis at the Clubs at Houston Oaks in Hockley, Texas, a six court private club featuring tennis and pickleball. Holder, who trained in Cliff Drysdale Tennis’ Professional Tennis U (PTU) program, has taught at clubs and resorts throughout the nation. He played college tennis at Schreiner University before beginning his tennis management career.

The Standard Club is managed by Troon Privé, the private club operations division of Troon. The club was founded in 1867 with an historic social club heritage in downtown Atlanta.
