A new pathway to college golf brings juniors together with college coaches
LOS ANGELES, CA -- College Golf Experience (CGX), exclusively endorsed by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), announces a new Mountain West Camp
coming to Wigwam Golf Club near Phoenix, AZ, December 18-19. CGX, a new pathway to college golf, brings together junior golfers and college coaches in an educational,
immersive, and fun setting.
CGX’s unique camp curriculum, designed around college coaches, provides juniors and their parents insight about collegiate golf and the recruiting process, allows juniors to showcase their talents, and helps juniors set and achieve their goals.
The Mountain West Camp at Wigwam Golf Club will feature four collegiate coaches from the Mountain West Conference: Colorado State – Christian Newton, Men’s Head Coach, New Mexico – Glen Millican, Men’s Head Coach, San Diego State – Ryan Donovan, Men’s Head Coach, San Jose State,
John Kennaday, Men’s Head Coach.
Registration is now open for young men and women ages 8-18 at https://collegegolfx.com/mountain-west-camp/. All campers will receive instruction, engage in skills challenges, participate in simulated collegiate golf practice and tournament rounds, experience education seminars /Q & A sessions with all coaches, and special welcome gifts.
