For eight years a valued member of the Landscapes Unlimited team, O’Connor is widely respected by golf course owners, architects and superintendents for his field knowledge, creativity and fiscal prudency. His work building high-quality golf courses, country clubs, resorts and communities, as well as sports fields, earns high praise from his peers.
In his new role, O’Connor will oversee an experienced and growing talent pool executing $20,000 to $2M-plus projects within Landscapes Unlimited’s Sunbelt Region, from Florida to Texas. Utilizing Landscapes Unlimited’s project management framework, O’Connor is responsible for cost estimating and budget development, activity and resource planning, contract management, financial forecasting, talent management, and ultimately realizing client satisfaction.
