(New York, NY) - One of the largest celebrity charity golf auctions in history launched on March 29th!
Member for a Day & Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) have partnered up to create a celebrity charity golf auction with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. Through this golf auction, participating celebrities have donated the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join them for a round of golf, and the proceeds will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the Play Yellow program. The auction will run from March 29 - April 5 and can be accessed by clicking HERE.
“Children’s hospitals have been on the frontlines of the pandemic for more than two years and it’s affects will be seen in our communities for years to come,” said Maureen Carlson, Chief Programs and Marketing Officer of CMN Hospitals. “Working with organizations like Member for a Day encourages the golf community to create memorable experiences and unite for a cause. Those moments are where solitary donations transcend into massive impact and support for children’s hospitals at large. – and we’re proud to be a part of it.”

Play Yellow was inspired by a family friend named Craig of Jack and Barbara Nicklaus who was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma as a young teenager. Jack showed his support for Craig by wearing yellow during his tournaments, which Craig believed brought Jack luck week to week. Years later, Play Yellow was born and today, strives to bring the entire golf world together and raise the critical funds needed by CMN Hospitals and the patients they serve.
