Barrett will lead the club in elevating the overall member experience for golf and social members and oversee enhancements to the clubhouse, golf course, pool and tennis facilities.

Barrett spent the past 23 years at Argyle Country Club in Silver Spring, Md. He served as golf course superintendent for his first 15 years before being promoted to general manager. During his tenure at Argyle Country Club, he developed and implemented the club’s “Vision 2020,” which included more than 20 significant capital improvements over seven years and resulted in the transformation of the club and its facilities. A Certified Class A Golf Course Superintendent since 2005, Barrett has remained heavily involved in the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), including a stint as president of the Mid-Atlantic Association.
