21st Century Creations, a Durham NC innovation company, is proud to announce the launch of PaceKeeper, a color-coded GPS driven system designed to improve golf course pace of play.
Pacekeeper (www.pacekeeper.golf) provides small indicator devices (on cart or bag) to help golfers continuously see their pace of play on the golf course; and allows course management to monitor the pace of groups throughout the course on a real-time basis…and take action early before a logjam develops on the course.
PaceKeeper can be utilized for tournament shotguns, daily play, and for specific groups (beginners, early day pacesetters, etc.) for select distribution No wiring or “under the hood” mechanics are required, and full fleet commitments are unnecessary.
PaceKeeper also provides a pace incentive plan for players designed to draw players back to the clubhouse to eat, drink and buy merchandise…thus increasing club revenue sources.
PaceKeeper devices are pre-programmed individually to courses so that they light GREEN if a group is on the course set pace; YELLOW if the group is 5-10 minutes behind pace; and RED if the group is +10 minutes behind pace. PaceKeeper also provides a PURPLE severe weather warning that course administrators can send to all PaceKeepers on the course.
For traveling tournament organizers, PaceKeepers can be programmed from course to course.
