Driver shaft double for Fujikura on the PGA and Champions Tour

More success for Ventus in Vegas

Carlsbad, California. (October 10, 2022) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the number one driver, wood and hybrid shaft on the PGA Tour last week. Along with another driver shaft win on the PGA Tour and Champions Tour. 

At the Shriner’s Children Open in Las Vegas, Fujikura was the #1 driver, wood, and hybrid shaft. Over 32.6% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft at TPC Summerlin, with another 30.2% in the wood shaft count. Fujikura finished the week as the number one in the hybrid count as well, with 27.3% of the field using a Fujikura hybrid shaft during the tournament.

The eventual winner at the Shriner’s Children Open featured in this shaft count, winning the tournament with the Fujikura Atmos Black 6X in his driver, along with the new VENTUS Black HB 10X in his 2-iron. 

Over on the Champions Tour at the Constellation Furyk and Friends event, the eventual winner also used a Fujikura driver shaft on his way to victory. Using the Motore Speeder 6.2TS, the Champions Tour victor claimed his title with an impressive two-shot win on Sunday in Florida.
