Fast start for Fujikura continues

Success for Speeder driver shaft on PGA and DP World Tour

Carlsbad, California. (December 5, 2022) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was delighted to have the winning driver and wood shaft in the bag of both victorious players on the PGA and DP World Tour at the weekend.

At the Hero World Challenge on the PGA Tour, the eventual winner in the Bahamas successfully defended his title using a combination of Fujikura driver and wood shafts. In his driver, the champion in the Caribbean used the Fujikura Speeder 661 TR X flex, along with the VENTUS Blue 7X in his fairway wood shaft. Out of the 10 events on the 2022/23 PGA Tour season, so far five players have claimed their title with a Fujikura shaft in play, a strong start to another highly anticipated season for the leader in performance golf shafts.

Over on the DP World Tour, Fujikura claimed another driver shaft victory at the ISPS Handa Australian Men’s Open. Using a classic combination of a Speeder Evo 6X in his driver and 757 Speeder Evo TX in his fairway wood, the Polish champion made it two victories in two weeks on the DP World Tour for Fujikura driver shafts.
