Flagstaff, Ariz. (January 12, 2023) – Pine Canyon, a private master-planned golf course and residential community in Flagstaff, Ariz., will donate $22,600 to Sharon Manor Transitional Housing, a program of Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona. Funds were raised through a combination of Pine Canyon member support and donations from the Symmetry Realty Pine Canyon team.
Throughout 2022, Symmetry Realty Brokerage Designated Broker and Sales Executive Deana Keck, Pine Canyon Sales Executives Brett Lee, and the Symmetry Realty Brokerage teamed up with Homes for Good to empower local nonprofits in the Flagstaff community, contributing funds for every real estate transaction closed at Pine Canyon. Founded by realtor and Pine Canyon member Tim McBride in 2018, Homes for Good helps local nonprofits by using real estate activities like transactions, open houses, community partnerships, and direct donations to be a catalyst for change.
Located in Flagstaff, Sharon Manor is a 29-unit transitional housing program, combining longer-term, affordable housing with support services for survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault and their children experiencing homelessness. Sharon Manor combines safe, decent, and affordable housing with critical one-on-one case management, group trainings, community referrals, and an ongoing children’s program to help individuals and families impacted by violence to take life-changing steps toward self-reliance.

The $22,600 donation from Pine Canyon will help support Sharon Manor residents escape from abuse, begin to heal emotionally, and physically to build positive and healthy futures.
