Teesnap expands QBR access to all clients

A Teesnap Quarterly Business Review (QBR) is a meeting between the golf course leadership team and the Teesnap Client Success Representative. The goal of a QBR is to ensure both parties are aligned on expectations and responsibilities. The review typically covers product and service performance, opportunities for greater adoption and new ideas to grow golf course revenue and improve profitability. 

In the course of the QBR, opportunities arise for Teesnap to provide updates about their technology roadmap and identify areas for improvement and collaboration. It is also an opportunity for the client to provide feedback and to discuss any concerns or suggestions. 

Expanding QBR access to all Teesnap clients is yet another step in the transformation of the Teesnap client promise. Every client is assigned a Client Success Representative who attends to the needs and requests of their client, including quarterly meetings.
