HARTFORD – SwingU, the golf technology and media company, announced today that Mark Blackburn, the award-winning CEO of Blackburn Golf Academy and the Director of Instruction at Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, Ala., has signed to be a SwingU Coach client and brand ambassador.
Mark has been recognized by several authorities as one of the top golf instructors in the world, including being named the 2020 National PGA Teacher & Coach of the Year as well as Golf Digest’s Best Teacher in Alabama. He has been recognized as the Alabama NW Florida Section PGA Teacher of The Year in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2015 and a finalist for the National PGA Teacher & Coach of the Year in 2010-2014 and 2016.
Mark and the rest of the Blackburn Golf Academy will aid individual excellence and elite performance in all students through the advanced statistical reporting provided by SwingU Coach.
