Whiskers unveils ‘Military Appreciation Month’ golf shoelaces

(DELRAY BEACH, Fla.) – Whiskers has unveiled a collection of men’s and women’s golf-specific shoelaces in solid and pattern designs honoring America’s service members during “Military Appreciation Month” in May.

Feature colors include camo and red-white-blue, and yellow, the latter signifying remembrance of troops who are prisoners of war, missing in action and far away from home.  The laces are available in single pairs ($15), and mix-and-match three packs ($40) and five packs ($60).

From May 1 to May 31, Whiskers will donate part proceeds from sales of military-inspired golf laces to military-related charities nationwide.

“The sacrifices our armed forces make to protect our daily freedoms are amazing,” says Kyle Groth, CEO of Whiskers.  “Donating to worthy causes aligns with golfers loving our laces and golf shops stocking product and offering Whiskers as golf outing giveaway.”

Altruism is a key competent of Whiskers’ value system.  The company’s “Stand With Ukraine” program saw it donate all profits from sales of its yellow and blue shoelaces – colors of the country’s flag – to Save the Children Ukraine and the Ukraine Crisis Relief Fund.  Whiskers also contributed to breast cancer research and awareness charities from sales of red and pink laces.
