GolfPass today launches 'The Next Shot' video instruction series designed to help golfers develop better practice habits

NBC Sports Next’s newest instruction series on the GolfPass streaming platform is hosted by Nathalie Sheehan, one of America’s Best Young Teachers

ORLANDO, Fla. – NBC Sports Next is introducing its newest GolfPass  instruction series designed to help golfers develop better practice habits to shoot lower scores. The Next Shot, hosted by GolfPass coach Nathalie Sheehan, will teach creative drills and highlight key teaching elements that will help any golfer improve from tee to green.

Influenced by some of the greatest coaches in the game and recognized as one of the Best Young Teachers in America, Sheehan lays out a game plan to build strengths and overcome limitations in a quick, simple and efficient manner.

“This type of practice-specific content really isn’t out there. My goal for this series is to give people a targeted and outlined practice plan so they can work on their game more effectively,” Sheehan said. “Typically, I see golfers just going out and blindly hitting balls or pitching and chipping from different spots around the short game area, which isn’t really leading them to much improvement.”

Shot on location at two of Florida’s premier golf clubs – Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, and Stoneybrook West in Winter Garden – The Next Shot will stream in eight, weekly episodes. The series marks the fourth multi-part series Sheehan has hosted on GolfPass, following Breaking 100, Breaking Your Slice, and Ask Nathalie, and it is the first weekly series hosted by a woman instructor on the platform. The series can be streamed via the GolfPass website, app and on connected devices.
