TGL establishes foundation of betting program with comprehensive partnership with U.S. integrity

TGL joins U.S. Integrity’s established portfolio of leagues and conferences, including NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA TOUR, UFC, SEC, Big 10 & Big 12

Orlando, Fla. (Sept 13, 2023): TGL, the new tech-forward, primetime, team golf league developed by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s TMRW Sports in partnership with the PGA TOUR, has announced a comprehensive partnership with U.S. Integrity (“USI”). This partnership will serve as the basis for TGL’s betting program, as education and protection of integrity are at the forefront this new league’s development. The announcement was made today by Matthew Holt, CEO and co-founder, U.S. Integrity and Mike McCarley, CEO and founder, TMRW Sports and TGL.

“U.S. Integrity is proud to partner with TGL as we approach their inaugural season starting in January 2024. Naturally, wagering interest on their events will rapidly increase and we’re thrilled to work in collaboration to deliver the highest of integrity standards,” said Holt. “U.S. Integrity’s mission is to provide conflict-free, best-in-class insights and compliance solutions to our clients. There’s a commitment to integrity and the group at TGL continue to show their efforts in being proactive to maintain those levels ahead of their inaugural season.”

“U.S. Integrity is a trusted authority for bet monitoring services with broad relationships across the sports industry, including the PGA TOUR. As we build TGL from the ground up as a data-driven sport fusing technology and live action, it’s important for us to partner with a highly respected leader like U.S. Integrity, who is committed to the protection of our league and overall sport,” said Christopher Murvin, General Counsel, TMRW Sports.

Building off the PGA TOUR’s Integrity Program, U.S. Integrity will provide integrity monitoring services via its proprietary dashboard to TGL that will encompass data intelligence and fraud prevention. USI conducts analyses across dozens of data sets to proactively identify irregular contest-level & wagering patterns. USI and TMRW Sports will develop the league’s integrity program to cover all facets of TGL’s competition and operations, all tournament staff and volunteers, and TMRW Sports employees, including conducting educational programs. These efforts will be supported by the PGA TOUR Integrity Program, which will apply to all PGA TOUR players participating in TGL.

TGL is a new primetime golf league that fuses technology and live action with teams of PGA TOUR stars across a season of matches starting in January 2024. TGL will be staged in a purpose-built arena in Palm Beach, Fla. on the campus of Palm Beach State College. Technology is a foundational element of TGL, offering fans a cutting-edge, shorter format presentation of team golf, featuring some of the PGA TOUR’s biggest superstars. Currently, 12 players committed to playing in TGL have been announced, including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Matt Fitzpatrick, Justin Rose, Adam Scott, Xander Schauffele, Max Homa, Rickie Fowler, and Billy Horschel. With currently 5 of the top 10 players in the world, this initial list of committed players has won 28 major championships, 190 PGA TOUR wins, and collectively has ranked as the World No. 1 for 886 weeks. Currently 9 announced TGL players will be representing their countries at the 2023 Ryder Cup.
