DENVER, CO – GOLFTEC, the world leader in golf improvement, today announced that it has appointed Tom Reilly as Chief Human Resources Officer.
With more than 18 years industry experience that includes leading human resources teams at Troon, Billy Casper Golf and Indigo Golf Partners, Tom brings a wealth of experience in areas like talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce management.

Reilly has held critical roles at several leading golf companies, as the industry has undergone significant change and evolution. At global golf leader Troon, where he served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Reilly led the development, direction, and oversight of Troon's extensive workforce of over 35,000-plus associates across 45 states and 30 countries. His contributions were instrumental in creating a culture of diversity and inclusion within the company, reflected through Troon's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.
Before Troon, Reilly served as Vice President of Human Resources at Indigo Golf Partners (formerly Billy Casper Golf and acquired by Troon in 2020), overseeing the world's fifth-largest portfolio of golf courses, country clubs, and resorts. His leadership was crucial in managing operations, and his team earned accolades such as the coveted 2015 Helios HR Apollo Award and Inc. Magazine’s “Hire Power Award” for promoting employee development and engagement practices.
In his new role at GOLFTEC, Tom will play a key part in driving the company's success and furthering its mission to help golfers of all levels improve their game.
