USGA receives Charlie Sifford memorabilia donation

Alphard Golf: Partners with the Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) for 2024. The AGM is an international, professional association consisting of more than 850 buyer members and over 175 vendor partners dedicated to strengthening the golf merchandising industry. Alphard Golf is known for its award-winning Club Booster V2 cart that converts any standard pushcart into a remote-controlled motorized electric golf caddy.

United States Golf Association: Receives a donation of memorabilia related to Dr. Charlie Sifford, a pioneer of the game who was the first Black player to compete on the PGA Tour and the first Black member inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame. More than 200 of Sifford’s artifacts will be on display at the USGA Museum and Library in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, and at the World Golf Hall of Fame in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Sifford died in 2015 at the age of 92.
