SwingU Coach announces partnership with Iona University’s men’s golf team

HARTFORD – SwingU, the golf technology and media company, announced today that Iona University and head men’s coach Sean Burke have partnered with SwingU Coach to deliver advanced statistical reporting to his coaching staff and team members.

Located in New Rochelle, New York, Iona University is an NCAA Division I member competing in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Burke is in his ninth season as the head coach of the Iona golf program. He’s twice been named the MAAC Coach of the Year (2018 and 2019). Recently, the Gales have won three MAAC Championships (2018, 2019, 2021) and earned their way into three NCAA Regionals.

Burke, who competed for three seasons on the University of Scranton golf team, also serves as Iona’s Associate Athletic Director of Internal Affairs.
