(LINCOLN, Neb.) – Landscapes Unlimited, the leading golf course developer and construction company, has appointed Chad Cose as Program Manager in its Project Development Group.
Cose will direct capital strategies, master planning, pre-construction, total project design-build and fully integrated program management solutions for select Landscapes Unlimited development projects domestically and internationally. His first assignment is stateside support of the Landscapes Unlimited’s on-site project management of Don Pedro Victoria Golf Club project in the Algarve region of Portugal.
The appointment of Cose comes at a time when the Project Development Group is in high demand for concept-to-completion development and major redevelopment management of clubhouses, turf care complexes, state-of-the-art practice facilities, entertainment venues, lodging and other amenities in addition to golf courses. The group is known for delivering flexible, high-quality and predictable outcomes with on-time and on-budget program oversight.
For more than two decades, Cose led the company’s project estimation department. Working closely with golf course architects, vendors, property owners and Landscapes Unlimited field managers, he constructed budgets and workflows for new builds and renovations of golf courses, country clubs, resorts and communities as well as sports fields.
Cose oversaw the financial inner workings of Landscapes Unlimited undertakings for Bay Hill (FL), Caves Valley (MD), Colonial Country Club (TX), Cypress Point (CA), Erin Hills (WI), La Quinta Resort (CA), PGA National (FL), Pinehurst Resort (NC), RTJ Club (VA), TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas (TX), Torrey Pines (CA). and those with much smaller budgets.
