Summit Golf Brands adds PGA of Canada Professional, Garrett Malcolm, to esteemed sales team

NEW YORK, NY, June 3, 2024 - Summit Golf Brands, the leading manufacturer of high-end golf apparel and sportswear, is pleased to announce the hiring of seasoned golf industry professional, Garrett Malcolm, as Account Executive, Canada. In his new role, Garrett will spearhead Summit Golf Brands’ efforts to expand the presence and distribution of their portfolio of premium golf apparel brands - B. Draddy, Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, and EP NY - within green grass facilities across Canada, further signaling SGB’s commitment to growth in international markets.

Garrett Malcolm joins the Summit Golf Brands team with over 15 years of valuable experience in the golf industry. After turning professional at the age of 21, Garrett achieved Class A status within the PGA of Canada in 2017. Garrett’s excellence in golf was also recognized in 2016 when he won the Moe Norman Award as the National Assistant Professional of the Year.

As a PGA of Canada member, Garrett is just the latest golf professional to join the ranks of Summit Golf Brands’ esteemed sales team, which currently consists of six PGA of America professionals. Between his experience as a golf professional and his familiarity with the golf market in Canada, Garrett will play a key role in further establishing the Summit portfolio of brands as go-to performance apparel options for consumers within the Canadian market.

Garrett’s hiring comes at an exciting time as Summit Golf Brands finds itself in the middle of a transformative year. B. Draddy and Zero Restriction will serve as the team uniforms for the 2024 Presidents Cup, B. Draddy has signed on as the Official Apparel of the Metropolitan (NY) Golf Association, and Zero Restriction is a Proud Partner of the NFL’s New York Giants. The company’s collegiate license portfolio spans over 100 schools across the USA, with 31 professional brand ambassadors competing across the PGA, LPGA, Korn Ferry, and Champions Tour.
