Dugan, CEO and President of Thor Guard, Inc., the world’s leading company in lightning and storm warning systems, says he never wished for or intended to write such a book. If not for the unexpected death of his wife, Susan, after a 31-year love story, he claims this book would not exist.
The review noted that it is a powerful and heartwarming personal account of Dugan’s perseverance through physical challenges, personal loss and emotional distress. It will be among the featured books on display at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books being held from April 26-27 at the University of Southern California. This is a renowned annual event and widely attended by book lovers, authors, and publishers. Attendance is free and patrons who purchase books could have the opportunity to have them personally signed by the attending authors.
