Fore Hire to continue strategic partnership with PGA of America Career Services to support fifth Course to Career Networking Summit

FORE HIRE, in strategic partnership with PGA of America Career Services, announced today details for its fifth Course to Career Networking Summit, held May 18-20 in Carlsbad, California. The Summit is tailored specifically for former collegiate golfers looking to take their respective careers to the next level, regardless of where they are in their professional journey.

The event is designed to empower and equip participants with the skills, resources and connections needed to advance in their industries, with a special emphasis on those who work in golf. The Summit offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage these traits, which have been honed on the golf course, to stand out in competitive career fields and open doors to a world of new opportunities.

“The fifth Course to Career Networking Summit marks an incredible milestone in our mission to champion the career journeys of former collegiate golfers,” said Courtney Trimble, FORE HIRE CEO. “In partnership with PGA of America, we’ve built a powerful platform that not only equips these candidates with the tools and confidence to thrive in their next chapter but also connects them directly with employers and mentors who recognize the immense value they bring to the workforce.”

The Course to Career Networking Summit provides a unique opportunity for education, professional development, career advancement, and direct connections to potential employers. It also aims to increase awareness of the availability of talented athletes who are eager to pursue a fulfilling career after their collegiate golf-playing days.

“Golf provides incredible avenues to find meaningful and impactful career opportunities,” said PGA of America Director of Recruiting Chris Kulinski, PGA. “We are honored to work alongside Fore HIRE in providing great opportunities to work within the $102 billion golf industry, and even encourage Summit participants to pursue a career as a PGA of America Golf Professional.”

Participants will engage in a variety of interactive sessions, workshops, and networking events designed to help them thrive in their next career chapter. With guidance from industry experts and thought leaders, attendees will gain valuable insights into leadership, professional growth, and how to navigate the unique challenges of career transitions.

The Summit offers a platform for participants to connect with potential employers and mentors, gain fresh perspectives, and participate in intimate Q&A sessions with those who have succeeded in the field. Whether seeking a new role or looking to expand their network, this event is a key opportunity for female athletes to continue building on their collegiate success.

Since its inception in May 2023, the Summit has made a significant impact:

  • 70% of the sponsoring companies have participated in multiple events.
  • 60% of attendees from previous events are currently employed or working in internships.
  • Over 40 different organizations have participated in past events, demonstrating the widespread interest and commitment to supporting female athletes in their career.

By participating in the Summit, sponsors gain unique access to connect, build relationships, and provide mentorship to an exceptional pool of athletes. These interactions create opportunities for fostering future career growth within sponsor organizations, supporting both immediate hiring needs and long-term industry growth. The event is specifically designed to facilitate meaningful connections that benefit both sponsors and attendees, ensuring continued success and a positive impact in the broader professional community.

Participation in the Summit is limited to ensure each participant receives individualized attention and a truly impactful experience. The event is designed to provide a tailored, high-touch experience that maximizes the opportunity for attendees to grow both personally and professionally.
