The Lodge of Four Seasons welcomes new head golf professional

LAKE OZARK, MO. (May 1, 2025) – The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri recently welcomed Matt Dillman as the resort’s new head golf professional. Dillman will oversee golf operations at The Lodge’s two award-winning golf courses – The Cove and The Ridge.

A 20-year golf industry veteran, Dillman comes to The Lodge of Four Seasons from Norwood Hills Country Club in St. Louis. He began his professional journey as an assistant golf professional at nearby The Club at Porto Cima, launching a career that has taken him to top clubs in Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri. Dillman is known for his approachable leadership, merchandising expertise, and strong commitment to delivering elevated member and guest experiences.

A Class A PGA Member since 2009, Dillman grew up in Charleston, Arkansas where he was introduced to the game of golf by his father at the age of 12. That early spark turned into a lifelong passion. After high school, Matt competed in events through the Arkansas State Golf Association, eventually earning the attention of Arkansas Tech University. He went on to play four years of college golf at Arkansas Tech, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Turf Management.
