ORLANDO, Fla. (May 27, 2025) – Aaron Hicks, current MLB free agent and former outfielder for the New York Yankees, teams up with pro golfer and influencer Hailey Ostrom in the next episode of the new GolfPass original series, Glam Golf with Blair O'Neal, streaming today exclusively on the GolfPass website and mobile app.
Series host Blair O’Neal will introduce a new format for the show, where par just isn’t good enough. All three golfers will join forces for the Glam Golf Birdie Challenge, a scramble format requiring the team to birdie every hole or face the humiliating Birdie Tax.
Hicks spent 11 years as a major league baseball player with various teams, including the Minnesota Twins, New York Yankees, Baltimore Orioles, and Los Angeles Angels. He enjoyed one of his best seasons with the Yankees in 2018, highlighted by 27 home runs, 79 RBI, and 119 hits – all career highs. Hicks is also married to Cheyenne Woods, pro golfer and current host of the GolfPass original series, Tee to Dream.
A Division III All-American at George Fox University in Oregon, Ostrom turned pro in 2018 and since, has amassed 929,000 followers by posting golf content to her Instagram page and more than 589,000 on TikTok. In 2018, she competed and was a semi-finalist on the GOLF Channel reality competition series, Shotmakers.
O’Neal, former professional tour player and season-14 winner of the groundbreaking Big Break reality competition series on GOLF Channel, also has served as co-host of the popular GolfPass instruction series, School of Golf.
