ORLANDO, Fla. (June 3, 2025) – Global golf superstar Rory McIlroy returns today for Season 6 of Ask Rory, the popular GolfPass series that gives amateur golfers the rare opportunity to ask for game-improvement advice from one of the best golfers in the world. Ask Rory features episodes chock full of tips and strategies from the newly crowned career Grand Slam winner and one of the sport’s most-recognized players. The series can be streamed via the GolfPass website, app and on connected devices.
GolfPass put out a call to all recreational golfers to send in their questions on video for a chance to have McIlroy take on their challenge by breaking down a customized solution. Season 6 follows a slightly new format, moving McIlroy and host Gary Williams from the practice range to the golf course, where they will offer strategies, tips and course management solutions while playing the course from tee to green. The production was hosted by Hunters Run Country Club in Boynton Beach, Fla.
“If you’re getting personalized instruction from a Grand Slam champion, you’re living in rarefied air,” said Kevin Schultz, Senior Director of Lifestyle Content for GolfPass. “Rory is a consummate champion and it shows in the series. We had a great time, and everyone is excited about another season of game improvement.”
In a special Episode 2 of the series, Youth on Course member Fabricio Romao, 10, from West Palm Beach, Fla., asks his question live while McIlroy tackles Hole 2 at Hunters Run, a drive-able par 4.
Over the course of a multi-year partnership with Youth on Course, GolfPass and GolfNow have helped facilitate more than $3 million in donations, enabling Youth on Course to expand its national footprint and impact participation among junior golfers. A round-up feature on GolfNow allows anyone booking at tee time through its website and app a choice to contribute to Youth on Course by rounding up the total cost of the reservation to an even-dollar figure.
