SiriusXM announces Open Championship coverage; TravisMathew and Guinness drop new Pro Plus collaboration

Nippon Shaft: Talor Gooch won LIV Golf Andalucia Sunday using N.S.Pro Modus3 Tour 125 X steel shafts in his irons.

SiriusXM: Will air live coverage of the 153rd Open Championship July 17-20 from Royal Portrush Golf Club in Northern Ireland. The network will air 45 hours of coverage across all four rounds on The Open Radio channel, which is available to listeners in their cars on channel 92 and on the SiriusXM app. Broadcasts will begin Thursday and Friday at 2 a.m. ET; Saturday and Sunday at 4 a.m. ET. Coverage will continue through the conclusion of each day’s play.

TravisMathew, Guinness: Dropping 1,759 pairs of the TravisMathew x Guinness Daily Pro Plus golf shoe on July 15. The shoe pays homage to Guinness' founding year of 1759. The shoe's design includes subtle nods to the Irish beer manufacturer's storied history — the rich, deep brown color of the shoe, insole artwork inspired by historic Guinness drink coasters and the iconic Guinness logo on the heel and tongue. The shoe is available for purchase at noon ET at TravisMathew.com/TM/Guinness.

RangeGoats Golf Club: LIV Golf team is partnering with Cantigny Youth Links ahead of August's LIV Golf Chicago. The RangeGoats, captained by Bubba Watson, will provide Cantigny, located in Wheaton, Illinois, with personalized educational and inspirational videos, custom gear and letters of recognition designed to help the coaches keep the kids engaged and committed to learning golf. The partnership will culminate in "Goats vs. Kids Golf Day" on Aug. 4 at Cantigny Youth Links. The day will give junior golfers the opportunity to play with Watson and his teammates, and attend a youth golf clinic.

The R&A: Launches the Hero Message, a fan activation for the 2025 AIG Women’s Open that is designed to bring fans and the world’s best golfers closer. Taking place July 30-Aug. 3 at Royal Porthcawl, the AIG Women’s Open will be the largest women’s sporting event ever held in Wales. For the first time players will step off the course and into a wave of video messages sent by fans, family and surprise celebrity supporters. As part of the Hero Message campaign, fans can upload a personal message, including a video or photo, to their favorite golfer via AIGWomensOpen.com. Messages will be showcased across the championship site on big screens, featured on the AIG Women’s Open website and provided directly to each player in the field.
