Aspen, CO – GolfForever, the Official Golf Fitness System of the PGA TOUR and leading at-home golf training system that helps golfers play without limits, congratulates World No. 1 Golfer and now four-time major champion Scottie Scheffler on his dominating four-shot victory at the 2025 Open Championship. The 29-year-old Texan, who now comfortably leads the 2025 FedEx Cup Standings and eventual Player of the Year standings, secured his fourth win of the 2025 season with a 17-under-par finish and rounds of 68-64-67-68.
Scheffler led the Open Championship field in Strokes Gained: Total, Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green, Strokes Gained: Off-the-Tee, Strokes Gained: Approach the Green. and Strokes Gained: Putting. For his efforts, he collected his first Claret Jug, the $3.1 million in prize money and 750 FedEx Cup Points.

“What motivates me is getting to live out my dream,” Scheffler said in his post-round interview. “I get to play professional golf, and I feel like I'm called to do it to the best of my ability. When I wake up in the morning, I try to put in max effort each day when I practice and when I'm working out, even in the cold tub, or in recovery. I feel I'm called to do it to the best of my ability and don't place much emphasis on winning tournaments. It's mostly about putting in the proper work and coming out here and competing.”
In 2022, Scheffler embarked on a plan to become a better closer of 72-hole golf championships with GolfForever and his performance coach, Dr. Troy Van Biezen. Today he is physically stronger, more agile, and in control of his body and golf ball due to the hard work he has put in. By training with GolfForever before every round to increase his hip mobility, strength, flexibility, and ability to maintain his form from the beginning to the end of grueling tournament rounds, he now owns four majors and 17 career victories.
“Congratulations to Scottie Scheffler on winning his fourth major at The Open Championship and continuing to assert his dominance in the men’s professional game. It’s been humbling for our team to partner with such an amazing champion and even better human being who shares our passion for helping people,” says Jon Levy, VP of Communications and Strategic Partnerships. “We’re incredibly proud that GolfForever plays a crucial role to optimize Scottie’s body for those pivotal moments down the stretch of the biggest events, and to stay healthy and pain-free for as long as he plays the game. We hope all golfers can learn from his approach and see the dramatic and lasting changes that can occur from using GolfForever.”
