DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Sept. 9, 2025) – In the next phase of its partnership with the LPGA Tour, TUMI, the leading international travel, lifestyle and accessories brand, is proud to unveil a custom 19 Degree Aluminum trophy case for the 2025 Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown.
Inspired by TUMI’s hallmark 19 Degree Aluminum collection, the trophy case is masterfully crafted with aircraft-grade aluminum, achieving a striking balance between strength and beauty. Its design showcases TUMI’s iconic 19 Degree ribbed contours and signature locking mechanism, instantly recognizable as a code of innovation and modern luxury. Soft velvet lines the base and back wall of the interiors for a luxurious hand feel, elevating the trophy case to TUMI’s standard of quality and style. When the case is opened, it reveals the ultimate prize: the trophy, displayed with mirror side panels that reflect the trophy’s viewers as they dream of themselves becoming the next champion.

“Designing the trophy case for the LPGA Tour’s Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown is an honor that speaks to the heart of what we do at TUMI,” said TUMI Creative Director Victor Sanz. “These trophies represent incredible journeys of discipline and passion, and we’ve approached their protection with the same care and ingenuity we bring to every piece we create. It’s a privilege to safeguard these symbols of achievement for the iconic players who have earned them.”
TUMI Global Brand Ambassador and LPGA Tour professional Nelly Korda will represent the United States at the 2025 Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown, taking place Oct. 23–26 at New Korea Country Club in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. She will be among 32 world-class athletes competing in the only women’s golf tournament where nations go head-to-head for international glory.
A four-time U.S. Team member for the Solheim Cup and going into her second International Crown competition, Korda has represented TUMI as a global ambassador since 2024, joining a prestigious roster that includes PGA Tour professional Ludvig Åberg and McLaren Formula One team driver Lando Norris. Together, these ambassadors embody relentless performance, unwavering drive and extraordinary results — values TUMI infuses into every collection.
TUMI’s Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown trophy case follows the brand’s creations for the LPGA Tour’s Solheim Cup (unveiled September 2024) and the CME Group Tour Championship (revealed November 2024).
The Hanwha LIFEPLUS International Crown will take place over four days, with Thursday, Friday and Saturday featuring four-ball matches. The top two countries from each pool will then advance to Sunday. Two semifinal matches will be played Sunday morning, with each match consisting of two singles matches and one foursomes match. The winning semifinal countries will compete in the final match on Sunday afternoon, with the match played in the same format as the semifinals.
