2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show to kick off association’s centennial year

Registration now open for golf course management’s biggest event

Lawrence, Kan. (Sept. 23, 2025) – The GCSAA Conference and Trade Show returns to Orlando Feb. 2-5, 2025, with a once-in-a-century experience.

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and presenting partners, the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA) and American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), will offer a week of interactive education, networking experiences and industry innovations. The week will also include special events and programming to honor GCSAA’s 100th anniversary.

The 2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show will be held at the Orange County Convention Center and starts with the GCSAA Golf Championships presented by Toro, Jan. 31-Feb 2. After four fun golf events and GCSAA’s National Championship, the education conference and trade show offer unparalleled professional development and networking opportunities for those who manage, own and build golf facilities.

“The 2026 CTS is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience as we celebrate GCSAA’s Centennial,” said Rhett Evans, GCSAA CEO. “Orlando is always a popular destination for attendees and exhibitors, so we are excited to have everyone gather there to mark this historic occasion.”

In addition to dedicated education and show time, each day of the GCSAA Conference will feature special events and opportunities.

  • Monday, Feb. 2: The first day focuses on education with seminars, Power Hours and Interactive Facility Tours, plus the Opening Session and Welcome Reception, both presented in partnership with Syngenta.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 3: Day two starts early with the Health in Action 5K Run and 2K Walk, presented in partnership with Syngenta, and then centers around even more education. That night is an event 100 years in the making, the GCSAA Centennial Celebration at ICON Park.
  • Wednesday, Feb. 4: It’s time for the trade show with more than 400 exhibitors offering the latest innovations and solutions. Plus, take a walk through 100 years of GCSAA history at the Centennial Experience on the show floor.
  • Thursday, Feb. 5: The day offers more trade show time and the opportunity to visit the Centennial Experience. Then attendees wrap up the week with the Closing Session, presented in partnership with John Deere, and the Closing Event Featuring Ricky Kalmon.
